Helping Businesses Grow
I work alongside founders and owners to help their businesses start strong, operate better, and grow with intention. Two decades of running teams, productions, and companies across Los Angeles shaped how I work and the standard I hold myself to. Pacific Standard was built to bring that level of expertise directly to Charleston.

Hi, I’m Natasha Howard, founder of Pacific Standard.
I've spent decades running teams, productions, and companies across Los Angeles. I just relocated to Charleston, South Carolina and look forward to putting that experience to work for local businesses.
My career started in photography and marketing design and kept growing from there. Over two decades in Los Angeles I produced large scale projects, built and scaled companies, led global teams, and worked across industries as varied as fashion, entertainment, tech, and global humanitarian aid. Los Angeles is one of the most demanding and competitive markets in the world, and the standard it required shaped everything about how I work.
I am genuinely invested in the success of every business and person I work with. That has always been true regardless of the industry or the scale of the project. I stay current with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry trends so I can always bring the best thinking to the table.
I trained in mixed martial arts for sixteen years, and the greatest thing it gave me was the ability to stay calm, focused, and composed under pressure. I carry that into everything I do.
My husband is a Charleston native who is bringing his experience in the entertainment industry back to his hometown. Relocating here has been a fun transition, Pacific Standard is my way of putting two decades of experience to work for the businesses and people building something here.
